It wasn't hard to adjust according too my paychecks because I just went back and figured what I could cut back on. The hardest ones for me were groceries, clothes and savings because these varied and I was having to constantly readjust these too fit my budget. The easiest for me were, apartment rent, health, and bills because these were fixed and so I didn't have to go back to readjust.
I was ok calculating my paychecks. It was easier than I expected because all I had to do was calculate how much money I needed to put into something and it wasn't that hard at all. I wasn't surprised how much money one does not receive because of taxes, social security, and other deductions as well living costs.
I spend my spending money on soft drinks. I also eat out a lot. And finally I spend my money on video games.
If I had friends/family asking me for money I would give them money if the situation warranted it. If they were trying to recover from a crisis I would give them money and ask them not to pay me back. If they got themselves in a situation they could have avoided I would loan them money and I would expect them to pay me back.
What caught my eye was the fact all these sports stars bought like 3-5 sports cars for themselves. It's absurd that these people buy 3-5 $500,000 cars just for them. I understand in wanting to have a nice so buy only one that feels like a extension of yourself and try to maintain that car for a very long time.
I've learned many things from my parents. Such as being frugal and buying only what you need most of the time. I learned that I should only buy luxury things once a week or so and the rest should be saved up. My parents taught me that saving now will lead to me having a cushion later on down the line when something goes wrong.
